The second part of the online training course "Comparative Approach to Company Valuation in Examples" will be held on June 17, 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. The seminar will be led by Pawel Cyganski, Partner of Cann Advisory. The event is organized by the Association of Corporate Valuation Experts in Poland.
The comparative approach (sometimes called the multiplier method) is regarded as the easiest and simplest approach in business valuation... nothing could be further from the truth...
The seminar will talk about the inclusion in the comparative approach of issues such as:
- non-operating income and expenses,
- non-recurring events,
- non-operating assets and liabilities,
- acquisition and/or loss of control in the capital group,
- specifics of consolidated reporting,
- AA versus IAS/IFRS,
- measurement date not coinciding with the date of financial statements.
You are cordially invited to attend.
