- Participation in negotiations – aimed at detailing the terms of the transaction and safely carrying out the final sale.
- Support in the preparation of the preliminary and final sale agreements – focused mainly on ensuring effective settlement of the payment of the negotiated price for the sold entity in accordance with the “locked box” or “completion accounts” mechanism adopted by the parties.
